Full Office Technology Overhaul at Aprio
Replaced an entire office's aging hardware stack with modern dual-monitor workstations, new network access points, structured cabling, and wall mounts — zero post-deployment incidents.
Problem
Aprio's Scotch Plains office was running outdated equipment with inconsistent cable management, underperforming access points, and monitors that couldn't support modern workflows. The environment needed a full refresh without disrupting daily operations.
Approach
Audited all existing hardware and mapped replacement requirements room by room.
Sourced and deployed new monitors with DisplayPort MST daisy-chain configurations for dual-display setups.
Replaced and repositioned network access points for full, consistent coverage across the office floor.
Ran and dressed new cabling with clean wall mounts — no exposed runs, no cable clutter.
Coordinated the full cutover during off-hours to eliminate business disruption.
Outcome
Zero post-deployment support incidents — every workstation working as expected from day one.
Improved office-wide network coverage with consistent AP signal throughout.
Clean, professional hardware install that reflects the firm's client-facing standard.

Enterprise Cisco Network Replacement at Liberty Suntex Marinas
Replaced 15+ Cisco network switches across a 1-mile marina stretch; upgrading 8-port and 24-port switches across 12+ distributed nodes to eliminate recurring outages for docked boating participants.
Problem
Liberty Suntex Marinas was experiencing persistent network instability across their marina network. Aging Cisco switches couldn't handle the load, and the distributed nature of the environment, spanning a full mile of waterfront, made troubleshooting and replacement a logistical challenge.
Approach
Mapped all 12+ switch nodes across the marina's full 1-mile coverage area.
Sourced Cisco 24-port replacements and planned a phased swap to maintain uptime during the cutover.
Replaced and reconfigured each switch node individually, verifying connectivity before moving to the next.
Tested full network stability across all nodes before sign-off.
Outcome
Eliminated recurring network outages that had been affecting marina operations.
Instantly increased average data speeds across the marina by 50%
Stable, consistent coverage across the entire 1-mile marina stretch.
